Can anyone of you kindly tell me about the important dates of the upcoming UPSC CDS-II recruitment? What is the eligibility criteria to apply in this recruitment? And kindly tell me about the age limit asap. Thank you in asap.

CDS exam notification:-

Notification will be released :-16th July 2016
Last date to apply :-12th August 2016
Date of the examination :- 23rd November 2016

Eligibility criteria:-

Indian naval academy: You should have completed engineering graduation or B.Sc with physics, mathematics subjects from a recognized university.

Indian Air force academy: You should have completed engineering graduation or B.Sc with physics, mathematics from a recognized university.

Indian Military academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

Officers Training Academy: You should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognized university.

Age Criteria:-

Indian Military Academy : 19 to 24 years
Officers Training Academy : 19 to 25 years
Indian Navy Academy : 19 to 22 years
Indian Air Force Academy : 19 to 23 years

UPSC has released the notification for Combined Defence Service Examination (II). You are interested to know about the eligibility criteria and age limit of CDS exam.

Educational qualification:

>> For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy— Student must possess degree or equivalent from a recognized University.

>> For Indian Naval Academy—Student must possess Engineering degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution.

>>For Air Force Academy— Student must possess degree or equivalent from a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

**Students in the final year of graduation course can also apply for CDS exam subjected to condition that he/ she has to show proof of passing at the time of SSB.

Age Limit: 20 to 24 years. Relaxation in maximum age limit is given to reserved category students as per govt. norms.

**Last date to fill the online application: 12th August 2016.

Important Dates of UPSC CDS II Recruitment:

> Starting date to apply online - 16th July, 2016

> Last date to Apply Online - 12th August, 2016

> Last date for Part II - 12th August, 2016

> Date of Conduct of Exam - 23rd October, 2016

> UPSC CDS II Admit Cards will be available - In September 2016

Eligibility Criteria:

@ For IMA & OTA - Bachelor Degree in Any stream
@ For Naval Academy - Bachelor Degree in Engineering
@ For Air Force - Bachelor Degree in any stream with Physics and Maths in 12th level

Age Criteria : (As on 1st July 2016)

Minimum Age - 20 years
Maximum Age - 24 years
