Job opportunities in NTPC, SAIL, BHEL or GAIL for PGDBM(HR) candidate who has working experience of 4.5 years?
hello
I have done correspondence PGDBM in HR from Symbiosis University and working as a Sr. HR Executive for last 4.5 yrs. I am not getting growth in my career and getting less salary around 2.20 p.a. Can anyone tell me further scope for my career? How can I get job in big brand organizations like SAIL, BHEL, GAIL or NTPC? I am early to work in such organizations? |

Although you can apply as HR officer in PSUs but there is age limit for this post.
If you are above 30 years age, then you can't apply. If you belong to reserve category OBC/SC/ST, then you will get three years relaxation. Notification for HR vacancies are announced every year on the websites of these PSU. You can check these vacancies under "career opportunities" tab. IIMs have executive MBA program for working professional, you can enroll in this program after which job prospectus will improve. |
