Hello sir,
What is the Physical requirement to be a Sub-Inspector in Police. I really need to know can I join Sub-Inspector if I use glasses of 1.25 in my left eye and 1.75 in my right eye?

First of all your height should be 170 cm or more if you are a general category candidate & 162.5 cm if ST candidate.

Your chest unexpanded 80 cm & with expanded 85 cm, if ST candidate then 77 & 82 cm respectively.

Your minimum distant vision should be 6/6 & 6/9 with the glasses. If you have then only will be selected.

To become that you must face Written Exam, Interview & physical fitness & have to pass all with decent marks.

Sir l am using a glass of -0.5. Can I appear for medical test in police department
