DRDO stands for Defence Research and Development Organization.

This exam is conducted every year for candidates to apply for the exam,there are certain criteria's which are needed to be satisfied and they may include such as:

# Nationality
# Age Limit
# Education Qualification

To tell about the criteria's it is that the candidate should have:

>> The Nationality standard needed for the exam is that the candidate should have a Citizenship in India

>> Age limit needed for the exam is the upper age limit is 28 years and there are certain upper age relaxation for other category candidates and they are 5 years for SC/ST and for OBC it is 3 years.

>> Education qualification needed for the exam is that the candidate must have completed B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university in the following departments such as:

• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

You have mentioned that you have completed B.Tech,it is better that you check whether you have done your degree in the above mentioned departments.
