No. Bachelor's degree in computer application is not equivalent to DOEACC. BCA is a graduation degree and on the other hand, DOEACC is a Diploma course.

DOEACC is equivalent to advanced diploma in computer application.
Where as BCA is a graduate degree. Both are quite same in knowledge but both have different role. Some institutes allow to do both in same time BCA + A level. Some of the career opportunities after this are Programmer Web Administrator Training Faculty Web Content Developer etc |

Bachelor's degree in Computer Application is a degree course and is not equivalent to DOEACC. DOEACC is a diploma course and is equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Both are quite the same at knowledge level but both are playing different roles in different places.
