I have given KIITEE and Secured rank of 30512 in it. I would like to know that I am eligible for counselling or not? Can I seat? Kindly tell me about this.

It will all depend on the availability of seats after first round of counselling. Top rankers are called first and if seats remain vacant then second round of counselling is called with next batch of candidates.

Therefore, you have to wait for some time as you have a rank of 30512. Normally, these days due to availability of private colleges everyone gets chance for counselling no matter how high the rank. Therefore, you should not worry about anything and hope for the best.

Yes you are eligible for the counselling process so you need to do as conveyed by the University to be able to take admission in the course of your choice according to your rank.
So make sure you prepare for what you want to select from now on.
