Can I get admission in B.Tech if secured 90000 general rank and 30000 OBC rank in UPTU exam?

I got 90000 in gen, 30000 in obc, 1000 in upaf in UPTU exam
then please tell me that can I got collage for B.tech through UPTU ,
If i can tell me the few collages .

Rank scored by you is not good enough so it is hard to predict that in which college will you get admission. At this rank i think you will get mainly some private colleges/institutions. They will offer you b.tech course in trade which you want. Also for getting admission you need to do online counselling. In this counselling you have to fill choices of colleges along with the relevant trade in which you want admission. Once you fill all your choices then just submit your choices. After 10 - 15 days counselling result will out. If you get any seat in any college then simply visit to college campus and claim you admission on the behalf of counselling result unless wait for 2nd counselling result. At last if you want to get admission in any good institution then you may apply for internal counselling.
