--- Actually information technology is a part of computer science which deals with the study of the various Technologies that are in use.
Computer science is the main route which more defines the significance of the same in the industry. Computer science is a core field of study in which you can also pursue research as well where as information technology is the derived field which provides education regarding the technology that have been already introduced and implemented. Both are good and choosing among the two will depend on your interest for the Technologies for the study of the core and research. The best thing to advise you is not to get confused and plainly decide on the basis of your interests. |

Difference between BSc IT and BSc computer science:-
BSC Computer Science and BSc IT are two different courses. BSc IT mainly focuses on database, network etc and more of practical applications of computer whereas BSC Computer Science is an academic course which focuses mainly on theoretical stuff. Main subjects in BSC IT are:- Maths and Computers Main subjects in BSC Computer Science are:- Maths, Computer and Physics. |
