I want to change my college in B.Tech first year itself now. Whom I have to consult to change my college. My present college is under JNTU and also my preferred college is under JNTU. Please help me.

You can change or transfer to another college only before joining in the college. Once, you have joined in the college, it is almost impossible to transfer to another college. If you have secured admission through entrance examination counselling then, you can participate in second counselling and transfer to another college.

If you have taken admission in first year of B.Tech course through Management quota seats then, the college in which you have taken admission will not return your fee mostly and to take admission in another college, you need to directly contact the respective college administration.

I want to change my college which is JNTU afflicted. I am in b.tech 1st year. I have fee reimbursement too. I also want fee reimbursement in another college. My rank is 4886. Iam studying in Hyderabad I want to join college in Khammam. Please help me.it is surely necessary
