Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University is one of the most renowned University of Southern India as well as all around the globe. This university was established in the year 1972 at the city, Hyderabad and was earlier known to be Nagarjuna Sagar Engineering College. This University provides a great platform for the students in the course of engineering.

Paper Description:

The Electronics and Instrumentation is among the most demanding streams among the youth today. It opens scopes for the students in both electronics sector as well as in industrial sectors. Digital IC application paper deals with the study of structure, design and operation of integrated chips (IC) and also their composition and circuiting.

Frequently asked questions:

There are few important questions that students come across almost every year. Some of those are as follows:

Mention DC noise margin level of ECL 10k family

Numerical and various types of current flow with graph in case of CMOS

With the help of timing waveforms explain read and write operations of SRAM

Draw the basic cell structure of Dynamic RAM

Paper pattern:

The paper consists of a single section and the questions that appear in the paper are all subjective types. There are a total of eight to ten questions that this paper consists of. These questions may or may not have any sub parts. Marks allotted for all the questions are same, i.e. 16 marks and the students need to go for five questions out of all the given questions.

The total marks which the paper holds are 80 and the time given to the students to complete the paper is three hours.
