Please tell me how to do B.Com from IGNOU? What exemptions are there for IPCC students? Please let me know as soon as possible.

There is no such exemptions for IPCC students. You can get admission in the above mentioned course and Institute by visiting the nearest office of the Institute in your region. You will be provided with the details of the course and fee structure and everything from the office/Institute itself. You just have to follow the steps and as mentioned and can very much get admission in the course.
