As far as the eligibility for appearing in JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains is concerned, there is no requirements of minimum marks to be secure in Class 12th for appearing the same examination.

But, for admission to IITs, NITs, and CFTIs studnents must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate (65% marks in aggregate for SC/ST category) or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 or equivalent exam in their respective examination board.

So, on securing 69.33% marks in aggregate in your Class 12th CHSE board examination, you are definitely eligible for appearing in JEE but for admission IIT, NIT, or other CFTIs you need to check whether you come in the top 20 percentile candidate of your examination board.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
