I started my b.com in Delhi university 2013, I was unable to give my 4th and 6th semester examinations. I was also unable to give those respective examinations on 2017.
Is there still any hope for me to complete my course?
Or do I have to start over from the first year?
I have finally got my life on track, so I am determined to complete my studies.

If you have not attended your 4th semester examinations then, you are not eligible to pursue 5th semester. You need to appear and qualify the 4th semester examinations by appearing in supplementary examinations to be eligible to pursue 5th semester. In the same way, you can appear in your 6th semester examinations to complete your B.Com course.
