Can you please tell me what should I do now in B.Tech like Civil Engineering, IT, CSE and ECE. which has great demand these days? Please reply fast.

According to demand for jobs you can choose either CSE or IT.
CSE and IT are two branches where the demand for the jobs sector is maximum.
There is also demand for ETC branch. So you need to choose among these 3 branches.
You need to decide keeping in mind what you want to do in future.

All the streams of engineering mentioned by you have good demand. There is ample opportunities for students from all these branches. However, to get the lucrative and good job opportunities, you need to excel in the domain in which you are pursuing engineering course. According to the recent trends and the number of job opportunities, it can be stated that CSE enjoys the highest demand followed by IT, ECE and Civil Engineering. This is because IT industry is very huge in India and is the largest employer in modern world. However, it is always recommended to go for a course in which you are interested since it help you to excel in that field and opt for lucrative career options.

-Do not narro it like taking Electronics, DO a combined course like EEE/ECE/EIE.
