I am from Mumbai and have following scores in the individual entrance exams.

1. CBSE XII 90 %
2. CET 144
3. JEE Mains 139
4. BITSAT 291


What should be preferred whether BE (Mech) in Saradar Patel Eng. College, Andheri, Mumbai, Mumbai or any stream in BITS including MSC dual degree course.

You can choose any of the fields BE in Mechanical or MSc as you have not mentioned MSc in which field. Always choose the subject in which you can do your best and can enhance your career as per your choice. Both the degree courses are the best in their field and provide great job opportunities.

Sardar Patel Engineering College provides one of the best placements in the country after top IITs. Only the best companies are allowed in campus placement for recruiting the students and Fees are low as compared to other colleges. This is a famous state college for hardcore engineering streams with a great location and campus.

BITS Pilani is among the most reputed university in India and is a very well-known name in the education industry. The admission is through the college entrance test known as the BITSAT entrance test. BITS is also famous for its maximum placement records and all the major companies do visit for campus hiring.

This is coming from an engineer himself, I would suggest to go for Engineering from Sardar Patel college, as the placement from the college is excellent.
Msc dual degree is good but It doesn't ensure a good pay and placement..
Subsequently Sardar patel college is an NBA approved college, hence one can get a job in European and USA also easily...
