My daughter has completed her bachelor degree in fashion designing. what can she do for becoming a teacher.or what other good options she can opt for better carrier.

Fashion designing is a good course and if you want to became a teacher after that then you have to do B.Ed after graduation. For teaching carrier it is necessary to have B.Ed so after graduation degree.

Eligibility for B.Ed:

You should have graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks from a recognized college or university.

There is no age limit to do B.Ed.

Some B.Ed colleges or universities conducts their own exams for admission and you may get admission on the basis of merit. So you should have good marks in graduation.

B.Ed is 1 year course and after that you can start your teaching profession. And you can also apply for the TET exam if you want to get government job in teaching line.

As a few students choose Fashion Designing courses, always there is good demand for "Bachelor Degree in Fashion Designing" and Masters in Fashion Designing courses. Also very less people opt for Teaching sector. And before you try to apply for Teaching jobs, Make sure you have done certificate courses, and good command over all subjects that you are going to teach. There is very good scope for Fashion Designing graduates, and other career options are you can find your role as Entrepreneur by starting own company or institute. Apart from these you can become Costume Designer, Product developers in designing, Fashion Designers, Fashion Stylists and more.

Eligibility to become Fashion Design Teacher:

1) The minimum educational qualification required to become Fashion Design teacher is "Bachelor Degree" received from a recognized university.
2) Get good command over Fashion Design concepts, such as CAD Computer Aided Design applications and other softwares relating to designing techniques.
3) Candidates must have good communication and effective creative skills
4) Many institutes ask candidates to have good teaching experience. So I suggest you to join to teaching Fashion designing courses in institutes.
5) After gaining adequate experience, you can of course become Fashion Design Teacher to teach in Primary and Secondary Schools.
6) Or If you wish to serve as a teacher in Fashion Designing colleges or Universities "You must have obtained MASTERS DEGREE to be eligible". So if you are interested try to pursue Masters in Fashion Designing courses and still interested pursue Ph. D degree program also to achieve good career.
