I got 750 general category rank. I went to first round of counselling but seats got full for general category. Please tell when will next round of counselling held? Will I be able to get college in 2nd round?

You have not mentioned which competition you are talking about. So, it is impossible for us to tell you the schedule of the counseling.

I advice you to visit the board's (which is conducting the counseling) regularly to be updated and see for yourself when they call the candidates for the 2nd round of counseling.
