I have failed in 7 subjects in 2nd semester of my graduation course but did clear them in 3rd semester. I want to know that due to so much of arrears will I be facing problems in future as I want to opt for GATE examination and get a job in PSUs. Kindly reply as soon as possible.

No, your supplementary examination papers will not effect your career much but, at some cases there will be a small problem. Mostly, if you clear the backlogs by appearing in Supplementary examinations, there will not be any kind of problem. You can appear in GATE examination even if you had backlogs but, before applying for job on GATE score basis or to apply for admission to M.Tech course, you must have cleared your backlogs, so, that there will not be any problem for you in your career.

There is nothing that you won't be able to get a job in good MNCs but yes it be questioned in most of interview sessions of various organizations you opt for join.

However, as you have also cleared the paper, it will not hamper your career in any manner. So, you need not worry about it and yes, do think of a valid and convincing answer behind the supplementary papers.

Arrears if cleared will not create any problem in getting a PSU job provided you have an excellent GATE score. In the end your B.Tech degree will matter.
If you have got the degree in hand after clearing all the arrears then surely you will be eligible for any job which ask for B.Tech degree.

Will it be written like any comparent on my certificate after I've passed in supplentry exams?

No friend, Supplementary papers will not affect your career. Only compulsory is that you should have to complete your degree or diploma.
After completion of your course you can go for further study or can go for PSUs.
