i had completed bds from gaziabad and want to do internship from govt clgs in delhi .

Yes, this is possible for you to do internship from the government college, but you should make sure that you must have appropriate preference as well as reference in the government college from which you want to do your training. Because in ost of the Government college the seats are filled earlier of the last date of the filling of the seat. So, you must keep yourself update in these scenario s that you can get much benefit.
