First of all you have to get a No Objection Certificate from the training and placement cell of your college regarding the internship. Then you have to write a cover letter and mention all the details of your training. Prepare a resume and attach it with the letter along with the NOC and address it to the HOD of the company.

If they finds you eligible then they will call you to carry on with the selection procedure which you have to follow carefully.
