Private company dont encourage summer training as time is very precious for them and they can't engage any resourse in your training. In most cases candidates are not able to add any value to project.

The best way is to find any good contacts and ask them to push your CV to respective HR.
You may use your social networking skills and make use of your social networking on Facebook and LinkedIn to find the contacts of HR or persons working in these companies.
