Admission procedure to study PhD(Sociology and Social Anthropology) in Indira Gandhi National Tribal University?

The admission to the PhD(Sociology and Social Anthropology) in Indira Gandhi National Tribal University is on the basis of entrance examination conducted Indira Gandhi National Tribal University itself followed by Personal Interview.

The application form is available on the website http://www.igntu.ac.in/. The cost of application form is Rs.500 per general category and Rs.250 for the candidates belonging to reserved categories.


The minimum eligibility required to apply for PhD(Sociology and Social Anthropology) in Indira Gandhi National Tribal University is post graduation or M.Phil in relevant field with minimum 55% marks(50% marks for the candidates belonging to reserve categories) from a recognized university.
