I've done m.phil in eng litt with 65% & want to do phd in the same sub.But I am a little bit confused about my eligibility for that because in M.A my %is less than 55.I'm fom Raipur c.g& want to register for phd from RSSU Raipur.can u pls guide me?

You have done M.Phil in English with 65% marks so you are eligible for Ph.D course.

Candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D course. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria.
