As per my knowledge, you are not eligible for UGC NET exam or PhD if you completed your M.Com without clearing 3 Subjects.

For UGC NET examination candidate must have passed Master degree from a recognized university.

The minimum percentage required in master degree for UGC NET exam is 55%.

My suggestion to you is that first you need to complete your M.Com with clearing three subjects after that you can apply for UGC NET exam.

If you have got passed certificate for M.Com course then you are eligible for UGC NET or Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D or UGC NET entrance exam. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
