Hi, I had done my UG in Biotech and doing my PG in MS IT. Currently I am in last semester. To become a lecturer what i have to do right from this stage.

> Network: Attend conferences and events related to IT and education to meet other professionals in the field and learn about new developments in the industry.

> Consider pursuing a Ph.D.: To become a lecturer, a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is typically required. Consider applying to Ph.D. programs that align with your research interests.

> Apply for positions: Once you have completed your Ph.D., you can begin applying for positions as a lecturer in IT at universities and colleges. It's also important to develop a strong teaching philosophy and create a portfolio of teaching materials to showcase your skills and experience.
