Can I use my JRF letter after years of qualifying?


Sir, I have cleared JRF and received my award letter in April 2015. However, I have not got registered and my age will be 28 years in January 2017. Will I be eligible for JRF after January.

JRF certificate is valid for 2 years time from the date of announcement of result. Hence, you can still use it for applying for various JRF positions in India.

Age is counted when you have applied for the exam. Also, check the eligibility criteria of the JRF notification before applying.
