Various universities offer external PhD in India.
Part time External PhD programs are open to candidates employed in different organization and desirous of persuing the doctorate program while in job.

One tip for those who are doing job is make some of your research at the end of your working hours at the office , not when you arrive at home when you will be too tire to use your mind.

Can PhD external admission possible while during job?

With a little time management and organisation, a part-time PhD combined with a full-time job is not impossible.

One useful tip is to try to make some of your research at the end of your working hours at the office, not when you arrive at home, when you will be already too tired.

There used to be a time when one could work and do his or her PhD simultaneously.
It used to be an affair exclusively between the supervisor and the scholar and almost everyone used to teach in private colleges capitalising on their status of being a research scholar later the UGC introduced a course work of 6 months.
So technically you cannot take a job during those six months.
If you are availing yourself of a scholarship like JRF, you cannot do a job simultaneously.
If you want to do research in the true sense of the word you must not waste your time in doing some job.
Rather complete your PhD in minimum time and take advantage of that degree letter in your job.

Yes you can do PhD while you work. But your phd will extend beyond 5 years. And you will also do PhD in distance mode.

Students taking admission in regular full time PhD are mostly not allowed to work simultaneously and according to Government of India rule also, if a student has taken admission in PhD through regular Institute fellowship category and drawing scholarship from the institute then he is not allowed to be any other work.

Part time PhD candidates can do work because that is the main reason they have chose part time category.

Sponsored category students are also allowed to work as they are not eligible for Institute Fellowship and after completing the minimum Residency period in the institute for completion of Course work requirement they are usually allowed to go to their work place from where they have got sponsorship and can work their regular job and simultaneously do research towards a place with degree from their workplace too.
