Is it enough to clear JRF NET or we need to apply for Ph.D course? Can you please give me the right information on the same? I need to know if I can prepare only for the exam or need to prepare for the admission as well. Hope I will get the answer soon.

After qualifying in NET exam you don't have to give any other entrance exam conducted by the universities. But you have to apply for the admission when the university will issue the official notification for admission in PhD course. After that they will call you for the interview. Your selection depends on your NET score and interview. Thanks

To pursue the course of Ph.D in a particular stream, you need to qualify in the NET examination. So, you must have to prepare for the NET examination.
Once you qualify in the examination, you can get admission in different Colleges offering the said course.
