Hi everyone, for securing admission in Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University for PhD program in Sociology stream which entrance exam I have to appear? Please help me to know about the entrance exam and also the cutoff marks for securing admission.

Entrance exam available to study PhD(Sociology) in Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University is UGC NET JRF exam.

Educational qualification required for UGC NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given to SC/ST category candidates. Final year students are also eligible for UGC NET exam.

Cutoff marks is not fixed for PhD entrance exam.

Yes, Entrance examination is available to study PhD in Sociology at Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University. Admission selection will be done on the basis of written test of the entrance examination followed by interview and presentation which is conducted by the university.

Applicants required to appear and qualify in the UGC NET entrance exam conducted by University Grants Commission (UGC). Admission will be based on the marks scored by the candidate in the UGC NET entrance exam. The cut of marks required for Ph.D. in Sociology may get differs every year.
