Sir, I qualified my UGC NET in 1999 but didn't received my certificate. I have forgotten my roll no. but I remember I had appeared at J.V Jain Degree College, Saharanpur. I am urgently in need of the certificate. Please help.

You should go and meet the commission's official members and discuss your concern in order to get your NET certificate which you qualified in 1999.
