Yes,you can do PhD ,as you have a post graduate degree with minimum 50%marks in MCA you can do PhD
And also you have to qualify the NET exam. |

The eligibility criteria for doing PhD is that candidate must have completed masters degree from a recognised board with atleast 55% to 60% marks.
If they have cleared any of National Entrance exam for PhD , then they will be exempted from university level entrance exam. They just have to appear for interview round. In order to be eligible, candidate must have cleared NET exam. And if one is applying for PhD after MCA in IIT , they must have a valid GATE score as well as 6.0 CGPA in their masters degree. |
