There is no minimum marks that is required to get admission into the PhD Course.
You will need a good marks and then you will need to qualify the NET Examination.
If you qualify for the NET Examination then you will be eligible for the course of PhD and you will also get a stipend which will be provided by the Government to encourage you to do research and pursue higher studies.
There is no need for you to worry about the Fees as in general no fee is charged from a PhD Scholar.
Pune University is a reputed University and there is ample opportunity in the subject of History and you will be able to easily get the opportunity to pursue PhD once you clear the NET Examination.
You should start preparing for the Examination from now on and you will need to focus and study systematically as the NET Examination is a tough Examination.
So you need to prepare for this Exam in Advance and you need to prepare for the Exam simultaneously with your M.Phil Degree so that you do not lose any time.
So prepare to the best of your ability and once you clear this Examination the rest of the part is easy and it will not be a problem.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
