Possibility to do PhD(Social Work) for MA(Sociology) 2nd year candidate?


Hi friends, I am doing MA in 2nd year with Sociology specialization. In future, I want to do a PhD in Social Work. So, is this possible for me or not as I am from different stream student. Waiting for your response!

Yes, after completing MA(Sociology), you can definitely study PhD(Social Work).
You should have passed MA(Sociology) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
You should have qualified written test and personal interview conducted by respective university/institute.
