Hi,

I m interested in Phd program in IT.I hv secured second class in my Masters Degree in Management.
Kindly guide me if there is any university where I can take admission.

You have secured 2nd class in masters degree, So you are not eligible to do Ph.D course in IT.

Because minimum marks required for Ph.D course in 55% in master degree.

Those candidates who have 55% marks in masters degree are eligible to do Ph.D course. But you must have a valid GATE or UGC NET score card.

To get admission for Ph.D, you must have to qualify in the UGC NET examination.
The eligibility criteria required to appear in the UGC NET examination is that a candidate must have completed Master's Degree course from a recognised University with 55% of marks.
There is no age criteria for NET examination.
After qualifying in the entrance examination, you will be eligible to take admission for Ph.D course.
