What should I do to pursue research programme in Physics in ISRO?

Hello sir, I have completed 10th from WBCHSE and I have scored 82.2% marks. My best subject is Physics. I want to do research in Physics after joining ISRO. What should I do for enrolling in research programme in ISRO?
