Am I eligible to study MCA being a Distance B.Sc(IT) and B.Com final year student?
Hi Sir,
I am a B.Com final year student, also pursuing B.Sc(IT) in Distance mode from Kuvempu University, Bangalore. Can I apply for MCA or am I eligible for doing MCA? |

MCA stands for Master in Computer Application. If you have completed graduation degree from a recognized university with above 60% marks then you are eligible for MCA admission but Mathematics subject is compulsory in your throughout studies. |

Based on the BSc.IT result you can apply for MCA, provided the University that grants you the BSc dgeree is recognized by AICTE. Since Kuvempu University is recognized and approved by UGC and AICTE, you could surely apply for MCa. For MCA there may be admission tests that you have to clear. |
