It is always better to go for M.Tech after completion of B.tech . See , M.tech is post graduation , where you are eligible to apply for many jobs.

~ With M.tech qualification ,

--> You can apply for the post of Scientist in DRDO.
DRDO= Defence Research and Development Organization

--> You can apply for the post of Trainee in CPSTech.
The job location will be in Chennai

--> You can apply for the AFCAT exam to join in Airforce.
AFCAT stands for Airforce common admission test

It consists of 3 branches.

1. Technical branch
2. Flying branch
3. Ground duty branch

Age should be in between 19-23 years to join in Flying branch
Age should be in between 20-25 years to join in Ground duty

Flying branch inlcudes ,
>> Fighter
>> Helicopters
>> Transports
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
