I have obtained 74% in 10th, 55% in 12th and 70% in BCA and now opting for MCA. But I want to know that now am I eligible for job in Tech Mahindra? Please reply as soon as possible.

As per your 12th standard marks, you are not eligible for Tech Mahindra recruitment.

If you have completed MCA degree in throughout 60% marks then you are eligible for Techmahindra recruitment. You should not have any pending backlog. Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Tech Mahindra recruitment.

Selection process for Tech Mahindra recruitment:-

1. Aptitude test
2. Technical interview
3. Personal interview

No your 12th percentage is below the criteria they select. According to 2015-2016 pass out candidate cutoff is 65% at-least. Only they can apply for Tech Mahindra, 65% they ask is including 10th,12th + Graduation.

So in this company you are not able to apply.

I am very sorry to say that you are not eligible for Tech Mahindra.

As you have less than 60% marks in your 12th standard, Tech Mahindra won't allow you.

Usually Tech Mahindra asks for 60% marks throughout your academic career and without any active backlogs.

You might be, it depends upon the situation they are hiring in. Taking consideration of 12th standard, you have 55%, which in general case, not eligible. But keep on trying, and even then if you are not eligible then you need to get any reference from any Tech Mahindra Employee(more than 3 years in the same), but does not ensure your eligibility. That is just a try.

I am extremely sorry to say that you are not eligible for Tech Mahindra.

If you are interested in Tech Mahindra you should have these criteria

1. Minimum 60% marks needed throughout your academic career.
2. No active backlogs are allowed.
3. 2 years of study gap is allowed.
4. Good communication skill is needed.
5. You should know your main subjects well.

Am I eligible to get job in tech mahindra with 93% in 10th, 93%in 12th, 60% in B.sc
