Sir, presently I am doing Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) course. So Can I get job in Banking Sector after this course ? If yes, to which post I may get selected in Banking sector ?

If you want job in private banks then surely you can try for it because you have the right qualification for joining any financial institution or company. Selection will be based on the performance in interview and CV.

Getting Job basically depends upon the marks secured in Written Examination which is conducted by Banking Examination's conducting agency. For instance, IBPS conducts several examinations called "Common Written Examination (CWE)", so the final selection is entirely depends upon the marks secured. So MERIT plays the very major role here.

As you are presently doing Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course, you would have got some Idea on Banking Awareness which is absolutely useful for appearing in Banking Examinations. But remember, your selection mainly depends on the marks that you secure in the Written Examination. As you are doing PGDBF, I am sure you are eligible to apply for almost all the job posts viz., Clerical Cadre, Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee, Office Assistant, Specialist Officer, Officer Scale I, II and III.

Yes, you might get admission in various private banks with the qualification you have. You will have to keep on looking for any such interview sessions going on. However, if you wish to get a job in Public sector banks, then you will have to appear for IBPS entrance examination and after clearing the examination you will be very much eligible to avail a job post in government banks.

I had done pgdbfs course in 2010 but still I not get a proper job . Do there is any way to get a job.
