Experts tell me that how many are the genpact company rounds in placements for a freshers? I need to be well prepared for it.

Genpact usually conducts four rounds of selection during recruitment process of freshers. The four rounds are :-

- Written test to test test the aptitude of the students.
- Group Discussion on general awareness topics and current trending topics
- Technical interview consisting of questions from your course concerned and their job requirements
- HR round to check your communication skills and personality.

Mostly technical and HR rounds are merged together and only one interview is taken.

Degree was recently completed but having two Blocklog

Selection procedure as follows :-

-Written test.
-Technical test.
-IVR/ Business Communication test.
-Ops manager round. (If applicable)
-HR interview.
