Can you tell me about the job role or job profile, which is provided by IBM
in Associate Technical Operations. Please let me know about it.

The job profile is given below.

- You will be given associate software engineer designation.
- You will be trained on a particular technology.
- Then you will be allocated to a project which involves that technology.
- Initial days will be learning days; post that you will need to take up regular work in that project.
