The Company Law paper of the Executive program consists of a total of 8 questions. The total marks that can be secured in this paper are 100. The maximum time limit to solve this paper is of three hours. Question 1 of the compulsory one and only 5 more questions are to be attempted from the remaining seven questions of the paper. The question papers comprise of short notes, reason type, and short answer and match the options type questions. The maximum mark carried by each of the question is printed on the right margin of the question paper. There is no negative marking or any incorrect answer.
