Economic Labour and Industrial Law is one of the papers in Module II of the Executive Programme of CS examination (Company Secretary) held by the Institute of Company Secretaries. The examination is of duration of 3 hours and there are 7 questions in it. Students have to answer any six questions, with the first and the seventh question being the compulsory questions. The first six questions carry 15 marks each and the last question is of 25 marks. So the maximum marks of the examination are 100. There are many internal choices in the examination, apart from the overall choice of answering six questions. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
