Institute of Company Secretaries of India-Professional Programme - Module IV-Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Management Papers is one of the papers of the course and deals with the concepts of due intelligence and its elaborate applications and steps associated with it. It is a 3 hours paper and has a maximum marks of 100.There are three sections and the marks are respectively are 50, 30 and 20 for section A, B and C respectively. The paper gives you an option of choosing questions out of the given questions.
