Maharashtra Public Service Commission, State Service Main papers are aimed at challenging the student’s knowledge of his subject and testing him for his presence of mind as well as application of theoretical knowledge into practical use. These test a student’s understanding of the subject itself and help an examiner determine whether the knowledge gained in the subject is genuine and in-depth or not.
