No, PGDM candidates are not eligible for Ph.D course.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree with above 55% marks from a recognized University are eligible for Ph.D course. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree. There are no age criteria. You must have a valid UGC NET score card for admission for Ph.D course.

No, You are not eligible for PHD directly after PGDM from GLOBSYN BUSINESS SCHOOL KOLKATA.

To pursue PhD, you must have completed post graduation with minimum aggregate of 55% from recognized university.

Your post graduation diploma is not equivalent to post graduation degree that's why you are not eligible to pursue PhD.

First of all you have to complete post graduation or equivalent degree to get admission in PhD courses.
