I have not achieved passing marks in one subject in 9th class course which I am doing from Haryana Board of Education. Can I get promoted to 10th class now?

Yes, you are very much eligible to get admission in the above mentioned board in 10th standard if you have not been able to achieve passing marks in 9th standard in one subject, you should have scored minimum passing marks in your 9th grade in order to be eligible to be promoted.
