Sir, I am from Mahbubnagar district of Telangana. But my entire studies happened in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. According to 371(d) article issued by the president, can i take Telangana as my Local state for public service examinations??

You are eligible to get take the Telangana as your local state for state public service examination.

The local state qualification does not varies with state from where you have passed your academic qualification.

It is the state from where you have the domicile certificate. So, if you have fulfill the domicile qualification for the respective state then eligible to claim the benefit of it.
