Is CBSE background necessary for Government service competitive exams?
Hello Sir, I will give my 10th Board exam from Karnataka Board. I am thinking to migrate into CBSE Board because I want to do Government service. I would like to know that for Government competitive exams, I must go for CBSE Board? Is it necessary?

No, it is not mandatory to have passed academic degree from CBSE to appear for various government recruitment examination.
Candidates passed from a recognised board and university are eligible to appear in government jobs recruitment examination. So, it is not mandatory to pursue from CBSE board to get government service. |

This is not the case that only CBSE board is recognised for Government jobs, other state boards are also recognised.
The selection is done on the basis of exam hence, there is no role of Board because only thing that matters is that board should be recognised and you should make yourself capable for fighting competition. |
