I want to get information about the eligibility criteria for the post of Inspector of School. Please help.

Eligibility criteria for becoming Inspector of School as given below.

-> Candidate must have second class Master’s Degree of a recognized university in India or equivalent qualifications

-> Candidate must also have degree in teaching of an Indian university or equivalent qualifications

-> Candidate must also have three years’ experience of inspection work or in teaching in school

-> Candidate must have ability to undertake touring.

-> Candidate must have familiarity with modern outlook and method of school inspection.

-> Candidate should not more than 35 years as on 01.01.2015

Eligibility criteria for becoming Inspector of School :

Candidate must have secured more than 50% marks in graduation degree form any recognised university or equivalent.
Age of candidate must be from 21 to 32 years. Relaxation in age is as below :
5 years to SC and ST candidates.
13 years to physically handicapped candidates.

B. Ed or a Bachelor degree in Teaching or Education from a recognized University is also necessary Eligibility Criteria for West Bengal Sub Inspector of Schools Recruitment.
